Store Policies
Handmade Goods
Every dolly is carefully crafted by hand, which is what makes every dolly special and unique.
This handmade process creates slight differences between each dolly.
From time to time, the specific fabrics used may vary in terms of the colors and textures of the fabrics on certain dollies.
If we make fabric changes, the current image of the dolly on the store page will accurately portray this.
International Orders
Currently we are not accepting international orders.
If you are international and interested in ordering, please let us know via email.
We will consider accepting international orders if we receive enough requests.
Ordering
Currently we are only accepting orders for in stock items.
We will be building up our stock to eventually make all of our dollies available for purchase.
Request for a dolly to be stocked via email.
Check back frequently as our stock will be constantly changing.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Please allow for up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
We will make every effort for your order to arrive in a timely manner.
There are no rush orders.

Sales Tax
Massachusetts Residents will be charged 5% sales tax.
Payment
We process payment through Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay, a credit card is all that is necessary.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We will not return/refund/exchange dollies, except in the case of defective products.
Defective Items
If an item is defective, email us within 3 days of receiving your order with an explanation for the return. If we are not contacted within 3 days of receiving your order, we will not replace the item. Once we have emailed you back approving your return, mail your item back to us with your the packing slip and a written explanation for the reason of the return. We must receive an item in the same condition that it arrived in to facilitate the return. When we receive your return, we will send you an email and ship you the replacement within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Order Changes
If you need to change/cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via email. If you do not contact us early enough, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.
